This information here is provided as an introduction to our
well planned and proven programs from
PenisHealth and
FMO. You will not be able to get all the benefits by
just performing these few exercises but we hope you have an
idea what the programs involve. We advise all our customers
to enroll for the full benefits and not just perform these
few exercises here and giving up after noticing no changes.
Getting started
As with all exercises, be sure you are thoroughly warmed
up and ready. Make sure that your penis is always completely
limp and flaccid. If you do become erect during the exercise,
stop for a moment and let the erection subside. This must
be performed while limp because it is nearly impossible
to stretch an erect penis.
The Basic Shlong
Grab hold of the head of the penis. Do so with little
pressure, just enough to avoid letting it slip away. Gently,
but firmly, pull the penis out in front of you. You should
feel the stretch in the middle and the base of the penis.
This exercise should not be painful by any means. A feeling
of pressure is normal, but once you feel pain, let go
and start over. Remain in the stretch position for 15
seconds. Repeat the entire process 5 more times. Once
finished, gently massage the penis to restore blood circulation
in the penis. You may perform this exercise by stretching
both up and down.
The second part of this technique will stretch the sides
of the penis. Begin by grasping the head of the penis
as you did before. Gently pull the head of the penis to
the left. You should feel a stretch in the base of the
penis on the right side.

Continue to hold this position for 15 seconds. Repeat
the entire exercise 5 more times. Now, stretch the right
side in the same manner as the left. Once again, you will
feel a stretch in the base of the left side of the penis.
Hold the position of 15 seconds, and repeat 5 more times.
Once you have completed the entire exercise, you should
feel a great deal stretched. If you have a foreskin then
pull this back then do the stretch so you are stretching
the penis and not the skin. Take your time in progressing,
being too adventurous could result in unwanted injury.
The Double Hand Schlong
As with all exercises, be sure you are thoroughly warmed
up and ready. Make sure that your penis is always completely
limp and flaccid. If you do become erect during the exercise,
stop for a moment and let the erection subside. This must
be performed while limp because it is nearly impossible
to stretch an erect penis.
This exercise should only be used when you consider yourself
experienced (this is usually after 4-8 weeks on the program).
Stand up with your penis in a limp state.
Begin as before by grasping the head of the penis with
one of your hands and stretch out infront of you. Now
place your other hand behind and also stretch. This should
cause more stretching and make it easier to keep your
grip.

Stretch out in front of you for 15 seconds and then let
go but immediately massage the penis to restore blood
circulation in the penis. Repeat the exercise for left,
right, down and upwards. If you have trouble keeping hold
of the head of the penis iyou can use some talcum or baby
powder to allow a better grip.
Do not over stretch the penis, it is essential that you
try the other stretching exercises first. This exercise
requires extreme stretching and perhaps should be implemented
just before having some days off. Take your time in progressing,
being too adventurous could result in unwanted injury.
The Pressured Shlong
As with all exercises, be sure you are thoroughly warmed
up and ready. Make sure that your penis is always completely
limp and flaccid. If you do become erect during the exercise,
stop for a moment and let the erection subside. This must
be performed while limp because it is nearly impossible
to stretch an erect penis.
Stand up straight with the penis in the limp state. Gently
grab the penis head with one hand and stretch out in front
of you.
Stretch the penis for 10 seconds and then slowly, using
your thumb of your other hand, apply pressure on the top
of the penis near the base. Move the thumb slowly down
the penis still applying pressure until it reaches the
head. This should take no longer than 10 seconds.

Once this is completed move the thumb again across the
top of the penis to the base again taking no longer than
10 seconds. This is classed as one repetition. This exercise
should only be done by advanced users and is very effective.
Do not use any lubrication because you will not be able
to grab the head of the penis.
Do not over stretch the penis, it is essential that you
try the other stretching exercises first. This exercise
requires extreme stretching and perhaps should be implemented
just before having some days off. Take your time in progressing,
being too adventurous could result in unwanted injury.
The Basic Jelq
The main functions of this exercise and all the variations
is to lengthen and thicken the penis. The working mechanism
is simple, the Corpora Cavernosa is filled with more blood
than it is generally used to, allowing the cells within
the shaft to grow larger and larger. This process tears
down the fibers of the muscles during the exercise and
as you rest, it rebuild itself, growing larger and stronger.
Always remember to warm up before you start the Jelq
Method. This should be performed every day, if time allows,
for maximum benefits.
This procedure is a lot like milking a cow. You must
begin with a semi- erect penis. Start by grasping the
base of the penis with your forefinger and thumb, making
an "O" with the two fingers. By doing this,
the blood circulation is being cut off, causing the cells
to hold more blood.
Begin to move your hand forward, causing the blood to
move into the shaft of the penis and filling those cells
with even more blood than they are used to holding. As
your right hand reaches the head of the penis, grasp the
base again, only this time with the left hand. Use the
same technique as you did with the right hand.

Continue this technique for 20-25 minutes. Just like
working any other part of your body, you are breaking
down the muscle and rebuilding it, allowing it to grow.
During the first 2 weeks, you may experience small red
bumps or slight bruising at the head of the penis. This
is quite normal: don't be alarmed. They will go away after
the penis is more conditioned for the exercise. Start
off at a slower pace and work up to a faster stroke to
avoid bruising.
It is important to push as much blood as possible into
the head of the penis to cause the cells to fill more
than normal and build size. You will notice that the entire
penis is a very dark red color, sometimes almost purple.
This is normal because of all of the blood being pushed
forward.
Jelq and Hold
This variation of the Jelq exercise will enlarge the
length and girth of your penis but will also help to increase
head size.
First warm up using one the techniques we presented before.
Then, as per usual with the Jelq exercises, lubricate
both your hands and penis and obtain a semi erection.
You can use baby oil as lubricant but we recommend Virility
EX Oil.
Make an "O" with the index and thumb and grip
tightly around the penis base. Slowly milk to the head
of the penis. Once you have reached the head of the penis
hold this position for about 15 seconds and then milk
again but using the other hand.
Continue this for as many reps as required or your allocated
time allowance, recommended time is 15 to 25 minutes.
